About Us

Old Dog Boys Farm was born out of tradition, grit, and a deep respect for the land. The name comes from 24 years of working with bloodhounds, loyal, hardworking dogs that reflect the values we carry into our farm today. 

Farming has been a part of life for decades. From showing animals at the county fair when in school to raising steers and hogs, it is a way of life passed down through generations. Treasured memories include old-fashioned hog killings, making sausage by hand, raising beef, and growing/purchasing vegetables from local farmers we trust. When COVID hit, everything changed. Grocery shelves emptied, and it became clear just how fragile our food system really is.

It was then that we knew it was time to lean back into what we have always known: people need good, local food they can count on. At Old Dog Boys Farm, we offer Berkshire pork, beef, and poultry. Our animals are born and raised with care, and you can trust where your food comes from, how it was raised, and what it was fed.
